Our Product

Organic Waste Disposal System

Our machine is one of its kind energy-efficient systems, it consumes a minimal amount of power for generating a good quality compost. This assures less working capital required for our customers thereby impacting the economics of the composting process. Our unique bio culture works in coordination with our machine to generate the desired results of the high-value compost from wet waste. The addition of culture accelerates the composting process providing high nutritional value compost in a short period.

Our compost system boasts user-friendly features, making it simple to operate and maintain. Furthermore, our ongoing commitment to research and development ensures that our system remains at the forefront of innovation, continuously evolving to meet the global demands of the waste management industry.

Also known as organic waste or biodegradable waste, wet waste primarily consists of materials that are easily decomposable by natural processes. This includes kitchen waste such as food scraps, vegetable and fruit peels, leftovers, tea bags, coffee grounds, and similar organic materials. Wet waste also includes yard waste like grass clippings, leaves, and twigs. Wet waste can be broken down by microorganisms through composting or anaerobic digestion processes to produce compost or biogas.

Dry waste refers to non-biodegradable waste materials that do not decompose easily. This category includes items like paper, cardboard, plastics (such as bottles, containers, and packaging materials), metals (like aluminum cans and foil), glass, textiles, rubber, and certain types of wood. Dry waste can often be recycled or repurposed through various processes such as sorting, shredding, melting, or reusing. Recycling dry waste helps conserve resources, reduce energy consumption, and minimize environmental impact by diverting waste from landfills.

E-waste refers to discarded electronic devices and equipment, both functional and non-functional. This includes items such as computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, printers, and other electronic gadgets. E-waste may contain hazardous materials such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and brominated flame retardants, which can pose risks to human health and the environment if not handled properly. Improper disposal of e-waste can lead to contamination of soil, water, and air.

Biomedical waste, also known as healthcare waste or medical waste, refers to waste generated during the diagnosis, treatment, or immunization of humans or animals, as well as research activities related to biological materials. This includes materials such as used needles, syringes, lancets, surgical instruments, gloves, bandages, cultures, blood and bodily fluids, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory chemicals.

Establishment of the Composite System On-Site

Setting up a waste management system where different types of waste, such as wet and dry waste, are managed together or in a combined manner at a specific location, rather than being separated at the source. This can involve implementing infrastructure, procedures, and protocols to handle and process various types of waste efficiently and effectively. The term “composite system” suggests a unified approach to waste management that integrates different waste streams for more streamlined processing and disposal
